Shangri-La Plaza rounds out its Women’s Month initiatives with Stories & Strength – RFLXN: The Many Faces of a Womanexhibition in partnership with renowned conceptual visual artist and photographer Niccolo Cosme.

The exhibition which runs until March 30 at Shang’s East Atriumis a visual narrative with photographs and videos that invite audiences to explore the evolving roles of women in society, the strength found in vulnerability, and the beauty of shared experiences.

Highlighting the use of fractured mirrors to symbolize the multifaceted nature of womanhood, the showcase is a reflection ofidentity, resilience, and self-discovery.

A mirror installation designed by Myke Oropesa Mayores provided a sculptural centerpiece that doubled as the arresting artistic backdrop to the bold imagery. Each piece was cut and assembled into a diamond-like formation symbolizing the transformation and brilliance of womanhood and mirrored each featured powerful woman’s journey to capture their raw emotions and multidimensional beauty.

As an avid supporter in championing the exhibit’s advocacy, Shang has tapped its very own tenant-partners to join the campaign and inspire aspiring female entrepreneurs. This includes BELO’s Cristalle Belo, BRILYO’s Betina Lagman, Cabbase’s Rollin Cheng, Duck & Buvette’s Kathleen Chua, Barbara Lising of I Do Nails, Kurimu’s Maxine Kong, Mia Urquico-Malixi of Mico Boutique, Panaderro’s Kat Erro, Yvette Ilagan of Studio 546, Wobbly Pan’s Trina Hernandez, Brendalyn Ramirez Abengozaof 70’s Kimchi, and Galerie Stephanie’s Rences Abigael Teotico.

The exhibit is part of the RFLXN headshot campaign by Project Headshot Clinic where Cosme serves as creative director and was put together through the partnership between Strokes Cosmetics,Nudefloor, Pinay Girl Boss, She Talks Asia, and Shangri-La Plaza.

This initiative brings together art, movement, storytelling, and advocacy to amplify the voices of women and inspire meaningful conversations about inclusivity and empowerment.
